It was recently announced by Paramount Pictures that J.J. Abrams will produce for the Live-action adaptation of popular anime, Your Name. He will be joined by Arrival screenwriter, Eric Heisserer. Abrams will also be stepping in to direct Star Wars Episode IX.

Not too long after Colin Trevorrow’s departure from the announced Star Wars: Episode 9, it has been reported that J.J. Abrams will take over to write and direct. He will co-write it with Chris Terrio, known for Argo and Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
